Resume

He received the M.S. degree in Computer Science from the Stevens Institute of Technology, Hoboken, N.J. in 1992. He received the first Ph.D degree in Computer Science and Engineering at Tatung Institute of Technology at Taipei, Taiwan in 1997. He also received the second Ph.D. degree in Business Administration at Huazhong University of Science and Technology at China in 2010. His research interests include mobility management, architecture of network, Electronic Commerce, hardware design, and algorithms. He also is the president of Jen-Teh Junior College of Medicine, Nursing and Management., Taiwan, R.O.C.
